Old Sepparlow heights

Sepparlow used to be a megacity, built on the foundations of a primordial stronghold. After the great collapse of the Latheron ice shelf, the majority of the city was washed away in a frigid deluge. What remained was a section of the poorer district of Sepparlow which was eventually abandoned by it's more optimistic citizens who found new fertile land far away. Only crime lords, peasants and ne'er-do-well's inhabit the slums in which continues to grow unhindered by the old governments building regulations. This is the best place in Fantaros to acquire Phason and other forbidden merchandise.
